Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dastaan Homes, we take great care in packing and delivering your order safely. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return And Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions mentioned below.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility For Return Or Exchange

A product may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is defective

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is incomplete or missing parts

• The issue is reported within the required time period

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Dastaan Homes.

3. Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• Unboxing video, if available

After review, Dastaan Homes may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.

4. No Change-Of-Mind Returns Or Exchanges

Dastaan Homes does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, wrong selection by customer, size misunderstanding, color preference, or cancellation after delivery.

Many of our products are delicate, fragile, bulky, or specially packed for safe delivery. Return shipping and re-shipping may increase the risk of damage. For this reason, customers are requested to carefully review product details, size, color, material, and description before placing an order.

5. Non-Returnable And Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Used, installed, washed, damaged, or altered items

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards or vouchers

• Items without original packaging

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Fragile items damaged after successful delivery

• Products with minor color, texture, or size variation due to screen display, lighting, handmade finish, or natural material differences

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted for approved cases involving damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, Dastaan Homes may offer:

• Store credit

• Alternative product

• Repair or replacement solution

• Refund, where applicable

If the exchange product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If the exchange product has a lower price, the balance may be adjusted through store credit or another approved method.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by Dastaan Homes.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days after approval, depending on the payment method, bank, or payment service provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, wallet transfer, store credit, or any other method decided by Dastaan Homes.

8. Return Shipping

For approved damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong-item cases, Dastaan Homes may cover the return shipping cost.

For any return or exchange request that is not approved by Dastaan Homes, the customer will not be eligible for return shipping, exchange, or refund.

9. Inspection And Approval

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to inspection. Dastaan Homes reserves the right to reject any claim if the product does not meet the required conditions or if the issue is reported after the allowed time period.
